As the managing director of Grow Consulting Group, Ayda leads a committed and energetic team of property investment professionals. Over the past seven years, she has helped numerous clients from all walks of life secure their financial future through property investment.

A passionate investor herself, Ayda fully understands the risks, rewards and requirements associated with investing in property. Her extensive experience and expertise underpins her ability to help investors through all the steps involved in buying and managing property investments.

In addition to property consulting, Ayda has been involved in many aspects of investment and finance. She has consulted to property developers on house and land packages, managed building projects, as well as worked in finance and lending.  She has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and of Business Management together with a Diploma of Project Management.

Darrin Leung

Director

One of two directors of Grow Consulting Group, Darrin is responsible for strategic planning and overall direction of the business.

He first entered the development and built environment industry in 2001, gaining his experience working for various government departments and private development consulting firms. He graduated from QUT in 2005 with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering Technology and in 2007 completed his Masters in Built Environment in Urban Design and Planning.

A dedicated property professional, Darrin provides Grow Consulting with a breadth of experience. In addition to investing in property himself, Darrin has also managed the development of multi-unit residential projects and has designed, project-managed and worked closely with other professionals in the industry ranging from architects, town planners and building certifiers.

Darrin's comprehensive experience and all-round knowledge is ideally suited to helping clients and business associates across a range of property investment and development matters.

Along with his technical skills, Darrin brings to the business enthusiasm, energy and a total commitment to providing outstanding service to all his clients and business partners.

Vicki Graham

Finance Administration

Vicki is an integral part of the team at Grow Consulting Group, working closely with clients to maximise their financial potential to grow and prosper. Vicki assists clients to structure new and existing loans to suit their individual needs and circumstances, taking into account their goals for the future.

Supporting and educating clients so that they fully understand the financial process that will ultimately propel them toward achieving their goals is a part of the service here at Grow Consulting Group that we pride ourselves on as our point of difference. 

Vicki's role at Grow Consulting Group capitalises on an impressive suite of skills honed during her background in customer service for one of the major banking corporations. With her own impressive property investment portfolio of her own, Vicki is passionate about taking the time to really explain the options and process to clients so they understand what is being offered and what their choices are.

Having been with Grow Consulting Group since its inception, Vicki prides herself on her exceptional customer service skills, where she continually updates the client on their current financial situation. Her practical knowledge in finance and investing ensures she can relate to clients and empathise, while advising them on their full range of opportunities.

As well as excelling in the professional sphere, Vicki is an award-winning golfer.

Eileen Shabanzadeh

Client Relations - Property Management

Eileen's key attribute as a property consultant is her ability to engage and relate to people. In fact, her track record of identifying outstanding investment opportunities and developing premium strategies is based on carefully listening to her clients' needs, goals and expectations, and communicating the benefits of investing in property.

As with all of Grow's consultants, Eileen provides an impressive level of service, and works hard to ensure her clients are happy with their decisions.

Prior to working in the property investment field, Eileen enjoyed a successful and diverse career in accounting, tourism, and advertising. During this time, she honed her interpersonal skills in client contact and service roles.

Cavell Cooper

Account Manager

Cavell Cooper, an Account Manager at Grow Consulting Group, has a genuine passion for and commitment to nurturing effective relationships with the organisation's clients and business partners.

A licensed real estate agent, with a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, Cavell is also completing his Bachelor of Business.

All of Cavell's previous roles were built on trust and responsibility to achieve results. His extensive background in the management of staff and clients in the mortgage brokering, manufacturing and retail travel industries have ensured he has built exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Cavell was Chief of Staff for a large mortgage broking franchise group for a number of years, managing over 100 staff, and prior to that role of large responsibility, was employed for four years as Special Projects Manager for a large manufacturing company, overseeing a number of important business areas.

Both of his previous roles required continuous business evaluation and the development of solutions for constant improvement to current systems. In the mortgage broking organisation, he was also responsible for event management and ongoing training, and he negotiated supply contracts for franchisees and provided continuous support to the franchisee base.

Cavell is committed to providing premium and results-driven service to Grow Consulting Group's expanding client and business database. His genuine enthusiasm for the property industry and commitment to both his work and clients ensure a win-win situation for all of Grow Consulting Group's clients and business partners.

Shenal Yigitbas

Client Relations - Administration

With her affable and gentle nature, and brilliant organisational skills, Shenal has been assisting Eileen Shabanzadeh with the property management division, as well as providing administrative and client support to the rest of the team.

Working towards attaining her Bachelor of International Business degree, double majoring in Marketing and PR, Shenal brings years of experience in business, having been around her family business her entire life. This, together with working in customer service roles, has afforded her the ability to understand the importance of providing great service. She also has a personal understanding of the property investment industry, having purchased an inner-city property herself a few years ago.

Outside of work, Shenal enjoys sport, playing the piano and she hopes to start a charitable organisation in the future.
